Jasmine Crandol, LGPC

I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor and a graduate of Loyola University Maryland. During my clinical experience, I've worked with children, adolescents, young adults and their families providing individual and group counseling. I’ve had the opportunity to support clients with depression/anxiety, family conflict, self-esteem, body image, emotional disturbances, life transitions and behavioral issues, to name a few.

My approach to therapy is from a client centered perspective, with you as the captain of your ship. I will act as an anchor to help ground and guide you to your therapeutic goals. I believe we are born with the unique power to help ourselves heal. However, there is not a “how to” guide on life and it can be difficult to find that power on our own. Together, we can approach your journey towards healing by empowering your strengths and giving you a nonjudgmental space to share your story. Although the therapeutic relationship is essential to the process and growth, I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Strengths Based Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy interventions and other modalities to fit my client’s individual needs.

Using empathy, compassion and authenticity, I will provide a safe and warm environment while joining you on your journey to overall wellness.
